Welcome, Tim Piazza!

Since I built the house for this community, I feel like I should say a little about myself. I'm originally from upstate NY, of Irish-Italian descent, and am now living in southern Indiana where I work for an advertising agency. I'm married to a wonderful woman named Tiffany who does social work by day and is helping to build this community by night. We share two kids, live in a log cabin, and play traditional Irish music together as a family and with friends. I am a man with a hundred hobbies, a thousand interests, and an ambition to pursue every one of them.

I realized one day that the things I do for personal gain by way of a paycheck, recognition, or accomplishment are not as important as the things I do for the benefit of my community. My personal successes are mine alone, but actions that enrich the lives of others makes a lasting impact. I decided that I wanted to devote more effort to making a lasting impact, but I have been struggling to figure out what form that effort will take. At least until now. I think this is it. I hope it is, because I believe communities are very powerful. And this is a community of at least two. Me and you. Welcome to our place.
